CMD Land also advises individual plot purchasers for off market opportunities. Not limited to new build locations but renovations as well.
About
Prior to establishing CMD Land, Charlie Maling-Dunn was Head of Land for a FTSE 250 Housebuilder in the North of England. He is experienced in the acquisition of Strategic Land and Immediate Land and has a detailed knowledge of the planning process. Coupled with 15 years experience in the UK Armed Forces, Charlie has the ability to manage complex projects and is capable of managing multiple stakeholders in difficult land deals.
